Research: 
My research focuses on fluvial geomorphology and sedimentology. Research themes include evolution of eroding valleys and river floodplains, turbidity currents, and environmental reconstruction from sedimentary deposits on Mars. This work applies quantitative approaches from laboratory experiments, numerical modeling, field observations, and remote sensing.
